Erik are there any supplies that need to be brought? Sleeping bags? Any details would be helpful.
What do we want to do about food? I know we're planning on hitting Costco before heading out but any thoughts on what people want? By my count we have five breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
We'll have a small grill.
ReplyDeleteSleeping bags will be handy. I have some spares available.
Bacon. Eggs. Nuts. Veggies. Meat for grilling. Spirits. Dessert. Maybe yogurt.
We'll bring Joel's electric scooter too, so a trip for supplies may be an option.
Scooter and a tow car. Wow. Talk about options. Is there a cooktop in the RV we can use for pancakes and such?
ReplyDeleteAlso I wonder if we should talk about picking a cook. Maybe each agree to cook certain meals or something. I've been working up some good ideas but I'm not locked into anything.
I've got a sleeping bag so I'll be good on that.
Do you really want to travel with a sleeping bag?
ReplyDeleteLet's keep our options open re: what we eat and who cooks.
Thanks for the offer of the sleeping bag however I like to use my own. It's compact and travel shouldn't be a problem.
ReplyDeleteOf course we should keep our options open. But let's not leave planning to the last minute. If we all know our feelings, without locking anything in, we can have a better idea of what to expect. For example I'm hoping that you will share your pancakes with us but that won't happen if we don't pick up some flour, etc. Or if we decide to grill steaks I was going to offer to make a BĂ©arnaise sauce to go with them but not if everybody would rather have A-1 sauce. I'm with Todd, we've got 5 Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners. Once of which I would like to spend in the lounge at the Railroad park in Dunsmuir but I don't want to spring that on people at the last minute.
I'm assuming we will have access to a coffee maker?
ReplyDeleteYou can use the camp stove.
ReplyDeleteWorks for me!
